“We had an appointment this morning from9-11 so a rep could pick up their equipment. I didn’t hear anything from them so I called our rep at 10:38AM for an update. The rep called the driver and said he would be here in 15 mins. I stayed past the window, but I had to leave. The rep was aware I could not stay late so this shouldn’t have been a surprise. I called to get an update before I left and I was sent to VM. I called back later to provide more times I would be at the office and I have went to VM each time. I have given them multiple options on when they can pick it up, but it doesn’t look like they are calling back. I guess I hurt his feelings when I told him the customer service levels are awful. I now understand why the ratings are low for this provider.”

“This company is the one you want to stay away from. They will do anything to collect money from you even though the agreed to take of the issue. The owner name Mr. Lim is the nastiest person that you could ever deal with. If you don't call with 60days of the expiration date of the contract they will renew for another three years. If you dispute that, then they will close your account and charge you with early termination fee and equipment fee and will then hand it over to the collection agencies. Then tell you how it will mess up your credit score. So please do your self a favor and stay away from this company and Mr. Lim.”
